1) Issuing the decision on the mineral and rock material export permit application within one (1) working day.
2) Providing geospatial information through the availability of geographic information search applications up to 97.5 percent.
3) Submit a financing offer letter to the beneficiary within 14 days.
4) Make payment of bills and invoices not exceeding 14 days.
5) Issuing acknowledgment of receipt and initial response for complaints within one (1) working day.
